As a Single Mom, How Do I Work, Date and Be a Great Mom

Q: I am a single parent and it is exhilarating and exhausting. There are some days I really wish I could tag someone in so I can breathe. How do you do it? How do you take on the world, still be a mother to your child, and find the energy to date?

A: Take a moment, breathe into your body, and exhale. You are doing an amazing job! How do I, we do it? One day at a time! It is about quality over quantity. Being present in the moment and just breathing. Take each moment and let that moment be enough – be grateful. There is a way to conquer all three and still keep your sanity.
